Overall, my stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom setup of the rooms was nice, but dealing with bugs and ants was a big downside. The service needed improvement with delayed responses and lack of apologies. On the bright side, the location was ideal for easy access to the airport and away from the hustle of the strip. The dining options were good, but the early breakfast time was inconvenient for early travelers.

The rooms were spacious, with a separate living room, bedroom, and bathroom. However, the presence of bugs and ants was a major issue. It was disappointing not to have a microwave, and the room felt dark without a remote for lighting control, which took multiple calls and two days to address.

The service was lacking, as promises to send someone were unfulfilled, and handling of passports lacked transparency. More customer service training is needed, and apologies were missing. The location near the airport did not excuse the lack of soundproofing efforts.
